Our gritty defender is back again for a second year in 2013! Bessie was a member of the Tactix in 2008 before heading to Wellington to play for Central Pulse from 2009 - 2011.

Bessie has been a member of the NZ Secondary Schools team, the NZ Under 21s and the NZ Accelerant Squad as well as being a loyal member of the Canterbury Flames pre ANZ Championships.

In addition to her love of netball, Bessie is a keen touch rugby player and enjoys spending time with her friends and family. Her younger brother Nasi, has played Super 15 rugby for the Crusaders and the Highlanders.
